Any personalised item we are unable to accept returns an therfore has no refund policy. unless the item has no persoaml photo or text .and is a generic image say of a cow, then exceptions are acceptable
In these instances the product must be returned undamaged and ijn its complete packaging, if the criteria is met with no issues we give a 75% refund excluding any postage charges with the return postage being made by the buyer.

We do check colours and sizing on our systems if using your own images so giving you the best service we can possibly give going way further than other suppliers. Please bear in mind your computer or device if not calibrated may give you slight varitions in colour , but in our time this is not noticable to most and we've never had a return. we are very diligent and want you to be happy
