Any personalised item we are unable to accept returns an therfore has no refund policy. unless the item has no persoaml photo or text .and is a generic image say of a cow, then exceptions are acceptable
if you brought a case that was not customised as shown then we give a 75% refund excluding postage and return postage charges are to be paid by the buyer.

We do everything humanlu possible to create exactly what you ask for to ensure your nour not dissatisfied with the purchase.and send a mock up if we have any doubts for you to proof.
We do check colours and sizing on our systems if using your own images so giving you the best service we can possibly give going way further than other suppliers. Please bear in mind your computeror device if not calibrated may give you slight varitions in colour , but in our time this is not noticable to most and we've never had a return. we are very diligent and want you to be happy
We do not go straight to print without advising you of possible problems, we prefer to build trust and reassure our customers that they can buy with confidence, its better for both you and us to be happy.
